I came to Zippy's for my first experience today. I was a long time fan of the Hot dog station. I was very saddened by its sudden closure and not knowing what happened to Dimitri. I found out what others have before me in the last year.. Zippy's is where Dimitri and Co. re-opened. It was wonderful to see that Ray was still commandeering the grill. His expertise as a fast order Chef, is unsurpassed ! Ofernel (sp?) , Who was working the counter/register was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger w barbecue sauce. The burger was huge and succulent, juicy and flavorful. It was better than I remembered and I was thrilled to see that. I will definitely be back.

Stopped in here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. Service and staff are awesome! It’s great to have a locally owned shop amongst all these fast food restaurants. The chicken sandwich was Phenomenal. The Italian beef was very tender and seasoned well. The fries were extra crispy. We are definitely coming back

nicest people ever. seriously earlier I was at the other hot dog place on Cicero and I asked for the special it was 12 dollars but here for a hot dog and fries it's just 6 bucks. Thank you for being a very fair business

The burger was amazing juicy tasty and the bread was soft and fluffy the cheese melted perfectly the fries nicely salted not to much but not to little and not to much mayonnaise or ketchup just enough to taste them
